What my clients say

My name is William J Gallagher and I am the manager of a Day Service in Battersea for disabled people. We provide services for over 100 disabled people who live within the Wandsworth Borough. Leonard Cheshire is the largest charity in this country providing services for disabled people. We also provide services throughout the world. Paul Wallace has been a volunteer her for 2 years now and we have been hugely blessed to have had the skills of this young man in his professional capacity as coach and mentor.

One of the common threads amongst disabled people is what they lose in their lives is their confidence and self worth and in environments such as this our whole focus on provision of service must be through empowering disabled people to take back control of their own lives. This is where Paul’s professional skills where invaluable in enabling people with disabilities the opportunity through his coaching to find their voice.

I remember one particular case where Paul offered his support; it was to a mother who’s son was physically abusing her and through Paul’s coaching and support she not only found the confidence to challenge her son but she also spoke publicly as an example of how to survive physical abuse.

There is no way that we could have achieved so much with our users and indeed our staff as very often Paul would support staff in areas of their life that required reflection and alteration.

In providing services for disabled people it is crucial to have an holistic approach that it is not just about the physical disability but the over all empowerment of people. Paul is exceptional in his understanding and empathy for people but more importantly he has single handily enabled many of our service users the confidence to believe that they own their own lives and the decisions that go along with it.S.P. "My Coaching journey with Paul has been magnificent! Paul always gives 110% support, has a lovely bedside manner, and is compassionate, patient and understanding. With his help, I was able to break through my comfort zones, leading to increased confidence, clarity and mental toughness. I now have a really positive outlook and I feel that my life is back on track. I would thoroughly recommend Paul as a superb coach and mentor."

"Paul helped me achieve my goals and also focus on the things that really matter to me. Through his sessions I have learnt how to achieve goals and how to make dreams a reality. He is a good listener and also, through the weekly exercises provides great insight into how you behave and what you need to alter to make things really happen. I found Paul very easy to get along with, professional and knowledgeable in his field. I would recommend everyone to go through this process as it's really valuable and empowers you to take control of your life!"

"I am the Managing Director of a recruitment company with offices in Edinburgh and Newcastle upon Tyne. Although I have been in the Recruitment industry for a number of years, I was struggling for new ideas to motivate my staff and improve profits and I sought out Paul’s advice.

Paul was able to offer excellent advice from his experience coaching sales teams in the Telecoms industry. Over a period of 3 months he helped me to asses how each of my individual staff members were personally motivated and made me realise that money is only one of the many reasons people are motivated and become successful in work. Paul was also able to provide tools and suggestions to help me assess my own drive and ambitions that ultimately helped me to make some major changes to the company and the way I did business.

I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who wants to take greater control of their life and happiness both personally and professionally

"I found the call (which we did over skype, voice-only) to be really thought-provoking, I've read a few of the self-help books out there but it really is a big leap having someone walk you through exercises to help define your goals. As he (Paul) put it, he doesn't have the answers but he does have the questions, and as we went through the call I learnt a lot about myself and gained a lot of confidence in what I want to do. The session was well-structured and flowed nicely, and although I was a bit nervous about doing it, it was relaxed and entertaining and the time flew by. I know some people look at life-coaching and think it's all airy-fairy but it's really motivating and really energising - I now have something definite to aim for and steps on how to get there, which already (5 days) has made a big difference to my thinking and to my mental attitude! "I have entered the New Year with starting my yoga teaching course in India. Gradually integrating all that I have learnt from you into my life. It is a slow process, so every little success is a victory that I am grateful for. My milestones are all within reach now :)

I am happy to have the courage to change myself and my life. The encouragement I have received from you in London has been really inspiring.

Wishing you all the best in your coaching practice. I believe you have all that a great life coach needs."

"I was very impressed with our session, which has provided me with clarity and purpose. It has provoked a lot of thinking and enhanced my self-belief. I enjoyed the experience of focussing on me and of learning the value of developing goals. I was inspired by Paul's belief (and now my own) that I can achieve anything. Also 'you get what you focus on' has become a favourite mantra since the session. Thanks again Paul, I very much benefitted from my session with you. Cheers
