Recommended books for traders

Here are a selection of recommended books for Traders to read. I have read many, many books on trading and these are the ones I have founbd both enjoyable and useful. Some of these are classics and rightly so.

These two excellent books by Mark Douglas will help you understand the way you operate and the effect that beliefs have upon a Trader. Trading in the Zone I found particularly fascinating and still re-read. Thoroughly recommended.

These books by Alexander Elder are regarded as Classics and rightly so. Both are full of fantastic examples and useful commentary.

I realise that understanding the Ways of the Samurai in relation to trading may not be everyone's cup-of-tea. However I thouroughly enjoyed this book and use many of his teachings. I particularly enjoyed his Samurai A.C.T.I.O.N plan. An excellent read.
