Turnaround Your Trading (TYT) is an intensive 6-hour 1-to-1 programme for traders who know something in their trading needs to change. You may understand the markets. You may already have a trading method. You may even know what you're doing wrong — but knowing what needs to change and actually changing it are two different things. TYT gives us the time to look properly at you and your trading, identify the areas having the greatest impact on your performance and work together on improving them. We start with a 2-hour deep-dive session, reviewing your trading through the 4Ms of Trading: Markets, Method, Money & Myself. From there, we use four further 60-minute 1-to-1 sessions over the following weeks to work on the priorities we've identified, review what happens when you put the changes into practice and adapt where necessary. This is personalised work. There isn't a generic TYT curriculum because different traders have different problems. Depending on your situation, we might work on your trading process, strategy, execution, risk management, routines, discipline, decision-making, confidence, behaviours or the way you review and learn from your results. The objective is simple: identify what needs to change, work on the changes together, and help you build a better way of operating as a trader.
